As many of you know, The Willow Lane Bookshop is currently in the middle of a huge new chapter as we move into our new bookshop space.
To help support this next step for Willow Lane, I am opening a limited Founding Supporter Fundraiser for those who want to be apart of helping build this dream from the ground up.
Our goal is to raise $8,000 by June 11th to help cover costs for the new shop, including shelving, displays, inventory, fixtures, flooring, & all the little things in between!
To be fully transparent, the renovations and setup cost for the new space, are ending up being much more than we had originally anticipated, on top of what was already an expensive project. Between the cost of the shed itself, and all the materials to finish it & make sure its secure and done correctly & really just anything that goes into a project like this, costs have very quickly went past the original budget. While very stressful at times, I am still very excited for what this space is going to become and I am so grateful for every single person who has supported this dream along the way.
There are 3 sponsership levels available:
- Level One Supporter - $10
- Level Two Supporter -$25
- Level Three Supporter- $100
Every Supporter, no matter what the level, will receive:
- 2 Exclusive Fundraiser Bookmarks
- 1 Exclusive Fundraiser Sticker
- Their name added to our official Willow Lane supporter plaque/sign in the new shop
The highest contributor will get a full shelf dedicated to them, with their name presented on the shelf permanently. Along with that, their shelf will be stocked for the first THREE MONTHS with their favorite books or books that they want to see in the shop!!
As an extra thank you, one supporter will also be selected to receive:
- An Exclusive Willow Lane T-shirt
- An Exclusive Willow Lane Hoodie or Crewneck
- A Willow Lane Gift Basket filled with goodies
Anything OVER the $8000 if we get to that point, will go directly to immediate additional inventory!! Furthermore, if we reach $10,000, another supporter will receive a Willow Lane tshirt & hoodie/crew!
Less than a year ago, Willow Lane was just an idea, a dream, and NOW we're building a bookshop that not only has the space and aesthetic of something beautiful, but also a place where eventually Willow Lane can hold events and in store shopping experiences from time to time!
